The Beacon Plumbing debuted in 2011 as the Degree Men boat, as a brand new boat as part of Billy and Jane Schumacher's team. With a new paint scheme in both 2012 and 2013 as the Beacon Plumbing, the boat showed increased speed over its career (still active). 

J. Michael Kelly was the driver of the boat, as they competed in all eight races. The team finished 5th in national high points, highlighted by a best finish of 3rd in Sacramento.
