Monroe, WA
Lake Tye
New to R/CU, this lake has a long history of R/C boat racing through other clubs and we are proud to join.
We will have the pit area on the south end of the lake, in the public park. The pits will be in the grass surrounding the sand/swimming area. There is some parking available to the east of the race site, and more to the south.
There is a loop for drop off/pickup, but no permanent parking in the loop.
We will require that all oils/fuels from nitro/gas boats must be collected under the boat. This can be in the form of a plastic bag, tarp, carpet square, or other methods.
RV camping or staying overnight is not recommended.
