Gissburg Twin Lakes Park

 

R/CU has been visiting Twin Lakes Park for many years now, as it has become an unofficial home for most of model boat racing in the northwest. There are two ponds in the park; the last few years we have exclusively been running on the north pond.

 

The north pond presents more difficulty with loading and unloading, as the pits are far from the parking lot. It is a larger lake for racing. There are special procedures for pulling your car or trailer into or out of the pit areas, so check the race page for more information!
