The Miss Budweiser backup boat was one of the more unique boats campaigned by Bernie Little's team, primarily due to its one-off nature. Originally built in 1972 as the Notre Dame, the boat was rushed into duty when the Griffon Bud was damaged during a crash in Seattle. Ron Snyder had a stint at the wheel, before Dean Chenoweth drove the boat at the last race of the season in San Diego, where the team finished 7th to maintain the national championship. ydroplane Info
