The T-3 Miss Budweiser was another tremendously successful boat from Bernie Little's shop, debuting in 1989 and wearing the gold scheme until 1993. The boat continued racing out of Little's shop until 2000, and then ran under USA Racing Partners from 2006-2012. As the Miss Budweiser, the boat won multiple championships, Gold Cups, and races.
Jim Kropfeld, Tom D'Eath, Scott Pierce, and Chip Hanauer drove the boat from 1989-1993. It won it's debut in Houston in 1989 en route to four victories (including the Gold Cup) and the championship. In 1990, the boat only won one race (in Kansas City) as the team split the entry with the T-2 hull, finishing 2nd in national points. In 1991, the team returned to the top, and the T-3 won one race in Honolulu. 1992 would bring another championship, with the T-3 winning three times in Detroit, Miami, and the Tri-Cities. Finally, in 1993 the team collected another championship, with the T-3 winning three times in Evansville, Madison, and the Tri-Cities.
