Ron Jones Jr. made his debut as a team owner by purchasing the three-wing Miss Circus Circus that had raced in 1990. The team competed for two years with its distinctive color scheme.

Scott Pierce drove the boat in 1995. With sponsorship from Chaplin's Bellevue Volkswagen in Tri-Cities and Seattle, the team competed in 7 races overall. It collected a best finish of 4th in San Diego and finished 9th in national high points.
