U-100

Hull #8255

One of the most-sponsored hulls in history, the U-100 Executone was born in 1982 as the U-8 Executone. It raced two races as the Executone with George Johnson at the wheel. Then for the northwest races, it raced as the U-55 Oh Boy! Oberto with Scott Pierce driving.

It underwent a variety of names and color schemes for the 1980s. In 1985, the boat donned a white, black, and red scheme for the KISW Miss Rock sponsorship in Tri-Cities and Seattle. For the final two races in Oklahoma City and San Diego, the boat was sponsored by Coor's Light. It finished a season-best 5th in Oklahoma City, and finished 9th in national high points. Mitch Evans drove the boat in 1985.
