The U-25 Miss Eagle Electric was based out of Spokane, WA. The boat debuted in 1958 as the community-owned U-25 Miss Spokane. In 1963, the hull was owned by Bob Gilliam, but was leased to Dave Heerensperger and sponsored by his Eagle Electric utility company. In 1965, Jim Herrington of Lapeer, MI, took ownership of the boat and competed it as the U-9 Miss Lapeer until 1967.

 

In 1964, Norm Evans drove the boat in six races. The boat finished 10th in national high points, with a best finish of 4th at the Dakota Cup in New Town, North Dakota.
